Realm transfer by invite

Hello, I was wondering if someone knows why I used to be able to realm-transfer my 100lvl character by inviting him with a 55lvl dk on a low pop server and now I can't ? It always was such a random - one day it works, another it doesn't... What could it depend on?

No one really knows anything about it? Sometimes I am able to create a 55lvl dk on server A and then invite a 100lvl character from server B (thereby moving him to the server A), but for some reason I can't do the same to a character from server C. So occasionally I can move B -> A; but sometimes I can move only C -> A, and sometimes I can move both. Really weird

who ever is the highest level
if same lvl who ever sent invite

you can realm hop if you get the addon cross realm assist, if you don't want to use that, have the DK inv you by writing "/inv (Name)-(Realm) so if your name is "St1me" and you play on stormscale ... /inv St1me-Stormscale and you should be transfered.. you can do this with a level 1 char as well, ir does't need to be a "high" level char
