Idea for making some(?) gold - Raid IDs

Hey OC,
I've been debating this with a few friends - Selling Raid IDs via trade.
Some say it wouldn't be profitable, some say it would, so what's your opinion on this?

Let's say you got a character that has
Ulduar only Yogg save
ICC LK save
BT Illidan save
TofW save and so on.

Would you buy any of this? Also is this kind of deals "legal" in terms of blizzard?

I'd reckon if you sell them by 1-5k each you'd made some decent gold in more-less no hassle.

Bt illidan save wouldnt work on a mass scale, tbc ids work different. Once you sold it to one guy and he cleared it, the instance would be classed as completed for everyone. You could probably sell them eventually, more so the tot4w save but i reckon you'd be spamming for hours when you could put your efforts elsewhere for better gold.

Seems like too much of a niche market as gippy said it would probably take quite some time for you to find anyone interested in buying. I don't think there would be enough of a demand to really make a nice income from it compared to even just farming mats in the time you spend looking for buyers. Although people like to save time I don't think it's too much of an issue for those who still run old raids for the gear to want to spend some money to skip a few minutes of content. Of course you never know the actual results until you try.

I do this since +-2years. Its okish. Grants me between 5-10k each week, depending on the amount of buyers, for 1-2 hours of work.
