Preventing Nice account i bought from being recalled

I did a search but only found stuff from over a year ago. Just bought a great account from a repped user, but he is not the OO. I'm afraid the OO will eventually recall as the account is VERY nice. How can i keep this from being recalled? Create a new account in the original owners name and xfer character off? Any ideas guys?

No real way to stop it unless you got the OO info on the wow account.
And the ID...

Could try and xfer the toon off but a GM can easily recall it if the OO petitions.

It's bad when you don't have the OO ID's. But when you transfer those characters I'd let ban the original Account.

Somewhat expensive but it worked for my account. Based on the number of email on my throwaway email address I used to take control of old account, someone had tried numerous times to get account restored and failed. I stopped checking the old email address completely and my "bought and paid for" account is still with me.

1: get a gift credit card (Mastercard or Visa) Walmart carries them. Do take notice of any fee you may have to pay, get one with fund that is enough to cover all transfer. Save the card for # in case something comes up.
2: register the card (online, check card for instruction) in OO's full name, use your current address to be safe.
3: buy all new WoW CD key and set up new account in OO's name.
4: transfer characters from old account to new account.

It seems to make it much harder because to a GM, it appears a credit card in OO's name was used, and any claim of stolen account tended to get dismissed as an attempt to get "free" transfer back to old account. At best the OO can get his empty old account back but that's all.
