Timeless Isle as level 85 ?

are these elites give some xp ? can i go there with my 85 alt and level ?

I tried it on my 86 mage, it is possible to get there however the elites only gave ~28k xp rested, which is hardly any better than a normal 86 mob.

i took my 87 Dk there and got 12-15k per kill on small turtles. Would be quicker but its a PVP server and caught the attention of a known asshat warlock

as monk 1h per day with 50% more xp buff can be done faster
