How do you buy the emblems of heroism/valor

I always see people spamming that they are selling these , but from what I know the are BOP....If anyone could explain it would be greatly appreciated!

You mean the convertion thing? ... Just go to the guy that sells gear for emblems of heroism, go at the last pages and youll see you can convert valor for the heroism ones

There are the Emblems of Heroism (Heroics and 10 man) and Emblems of Valor (25 man) ~ You can use these badges to buy items from the venders in Dalaran - They are located around the town or in your faction area... (bottom on the post has maps to them!)

With 25 man badges, you can buy the Bracers for 60 badges and sell them on the AH or in trade for gold (The only item BoE on the vender)
