Help to get my account back

Its my first post here, and i really hope u can help me, i bought one account for 6 month ago, and about 1 month ago, the guy i got the account from have changed the loggin, so i cant get in anymore . is it posible some how to get it back, i have all information about the person i got it from, hes email adresse, name, SQ and answe to wow account, i just dont have the cd key, i have kontaktet Blizz for change the email, but they cant with out cd key.
I have tryed to get into his hotmail, with no luck. any one know a good way to hack a hotmail, think its the only way to get my account back.

I really hope someone have i good idea.

Ok, got this from www.wowtrade.org

1. Stay with him on MSN,don't be too rude or he will ignore u.

2. Download a tool,called NeoTrace Pro.can also be dld at download.com trial version of 1 month

3. Keep him on the line,tell him something like "Omg please don't steal my account i will give u another very imba character with all info" And send him a Picture around 200 KB (the more the better)

3. Go to CMD, and afther u send him type netstat -n,you will get Series of IP's,U type em in NeoPro and u will get prolly most of the resaults in Doublin,San Jose or Redmond,where the most of Microsoft is...
BUUUT one of the leads to ur scammer if the file was big enough...
So when u outsmart him get his phone adress and name and where he lives u just say ( u might have to go to the Networking and Registrant screens but,eventually u will get to his adress directly).

that neotrace wont work. it traces it but sometimes is completely wrong.
