How to Install Burning Crusade?

Hi.

My problem is i dont know how to install Burning Crusade... i downloadet it but when i try to install it I get the Error: Sorry, Burning Crusade cannot be installed to this location.

But Why?

Which Patch should have the original WoW?

Or what is my mistake? I have to install it in the original WoW folder, right?

no i had the same problem lol its the folder you put it in i ended up putting in in my c: drive and it work but i have to search every time i need to put a addon on. for my wow. you can install (almost) any were try different folders or the c: like me.

you mean install WoW on the C:\ Drive and Install BC also in the same Folder, then it works?

edit.: i put the WoW folder into my C:\programme\ folder but if i want to install there is now another error:
i chose the folder for installing BC -> "C:\Programme\World of Warcraft\" then i press "OK" then the error " Die Datei "C:\Programme\WoW\Data\patch.MPQ" wird überschrieben." appears. (in english: The File C:\Programme\WoW\Data\patch.MPQ" could not be overwrite, you know what i mean, or?^^)

so i press install and then this error appears: Die Datei "G:\World of Warcraft\Data\base.MPQ" konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Sollte das Problem fortbestehen, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Technischen Support von Blizzard. (InstallerFile::Open)
(in english: The File "G:\World of Warcraft\Data\base.MPQ" could not be opened. Should this problem exist longer, please contact the technical support of blizzard.)
