Deffinetly id say. But its not like they would ever need to fall back on that i mean if you actually read it all....(wich i have never been able to read, gotten pretty far) you realize that there are a lot of things that you could get banned from.
But technically you could get banned for repeatedly spamming something as it is 'against the essence of the game' and causes stress among other players which is 'against the essence of the game'

Sorry, just my old "I'm a rule follower and I love working with Blizzard every day" rising to the surface.

I do help people break the rules, but when people feel that their bans are unjustified (by Blizzard's standards), I just want to slap them.
