Need quick help with glider!

Hello everyone, I just downloaded Glider, downloaded a bunch of profiles for it, installed everything, and got it all to work. I was told that I shouldn't use the help (F1) feature while online with World of Warcraft, because it can be detected. If I'm not supposed to use it when online... when should I use it? lol. Thanks for help! :P

DONT USE it when the wow window is up just read what you need launch glider through the launch window after you copy your hot keys into Word or any other program. Then minimize wow and change your hotkeys thats all help really does.
