Where did you find that? Is it in one of the instances? It was in the 'real' uninstanced world during the beta, if I'm remembering correctly - and earlier types of 'dev sculptures' were in the beta as well, only to be removed by the final version of MoP.

Tried to get to the highest peak of the mountain in End Time. Could have probably got slightly higher but slipped off.
