An extra slow fall for non-mage's

I am sure all explorer's are the same as me in using every possible method to coin up a slow fall ever sense the noggenfogger nerf. Anyways, I guess this only applies to 70's (sorry), the two skyguard cloaks that reduce your fall speed for 10 sec are on seperate cooldowns. Each has a 30 min cooldown which is painful, but having the other handy to cut the time in half is better then nothing. GLHF

I thought if anything had a special Cooldown thing that when you equip it , it starts with a 30 sec CD like insignia of the horde.

Only shit thing is if you get a bad timing, 30 minutes of waiting to do the jump again. Just wallwalk - It is possible now y'know..
