    Adding to ARCEMY REPACK

I'm using ARCEMY REPACK: Last Repack update 29.01.2009 X18 - Download Keazain`s FULL Repack ( Revision X18 ) All Addons and Full Spawned! FUN and REPACK is continuerly Updated Download ONLY Updated Server and DB X18!

I want to add a teleporter stone and a few other items but im completely new to all this.

Is there a tutorial site and/or a repository of premade addons that I can just drop into my server?

IE can i find a teleporter.spl or lua (i have no idea what an lua or dbc is) and do an import and it immediately shows in the world ( after server restart of course )
