Normally when you use Noggerfogger Elixer, you can not mount anymore if you have turned into a skeleton. You can avoid this by doing the following:

Use Noggerfogger elixer and become a skeleton.
Use Orb of Deception and become another class.
Mount up and take away the orb of deception buff.
