Apocron dies in 10 seconds if you drag him to the southwest beach with the fire elementals. Make sure you can survive the trip via tank spec or whatever. Save fast moving abilities for barrage and you should be ok.

I can confirm that this works. Just drag Apocron to the southern beach with all the Fire Elementals, and he died in 20-30 seconds. He doesn't hit that hard, as long as you can keep some distance. I suspect he died from all the Fel Meteors there, and also him being such a big target. The meteors probably do % damage.
