Minor - instant halve horde player's health in Broken Isles

If you take Lord Ravenholdt as follover, you'll get an annoying icon in the middle on the screen, Seal of Ravenholdt. Click it while targeting, for example, full health horde player and you'll cut his health to aprox half of it. That's it.

Followers are the same for both alliance and horde, so you can do it on horde.

And btw, you must specify:
- it's on rogue only,
- there is a 3 minutes CD,
- and it doesn't work in pvp areas, only in the "open world" ^^

One of the Druid Followers extra action button puts the target to sleep for around 10 seconds and while they are asleep (in a stun) they take 50% increase damage worked on players last time i used it heaps fun
