3. Do the WQ
4. Do the logout
5. Enter world
6. Repeat WQ

Yes, after relog this WQ is appears again.
You will get 10k ap if your Artifact Knowledge level is 15+.

The AP reward is of course based on your artifact knowledge level but it's a great exploit if it works. I can't try it myself but I'm sure someone else can.
