ilvl700 guns without level restriction

While not an exploit perse, it is very much not intended by blizzard I can assume, and leads to incredibly bloated stats on low level characters in PVP or for leveling.

The engineering vendor in new dalaran Sells 4 different ilvl 700 guns with random enchantments on them.
Neither of them have level requirements.

If you get a bunch of shit enchantments with mastery on them, log out for around 5 minutes and log back in and they should update to something else.

the vendor isnt there

You must do the first quest to move Dalaran to the Broken Isles, then you can see the vendor. I'll find a Warlock now and test it on a low level char

I just equipped the gun on my level 7 hunter, I jumped from 600 hp to 9.8k...this will probably be fixed soon

Your enchanter should be able to DE it at level 1 cause the item doesnt have a level

It just got fixed on EU, it now requires lvl 98 ;( Was fun though, levelled through dungeons while oneshotting everything with it, from lvl 7 to 34
