LMAO, do you live inside blizzard servers?

Those MS speeds are quite normal for people with a double fiber connection. I myself vary from 3 to 20 MS. It's rare to go any higher, unless there are server or provider issues.

I just spend 1000 gold to confirm and it still work for me.. EU serv. So, that's wrong

Its all about timing... i suggest using that macro that is posted here somewhere... start with high values and go down by 5 to find a sweet spot... just keep in mind next time you are doing this you should start over with values again. I needed 75-60 ms value in in macro for my 20-25ms latency.
