I fail to see an exploit here sorry but this has always been the case and working as intended this is useful info yes but its more of a guide for people who fail to understand reset days for weekly quests and the timezone they play on resets for normal daily quests has always been 3 am server time for EU servers weekly quests have always reset on Wednesday at again the same time 3 am server time yes the double is possible because you are completing the quest just before the weekly reset since the event starts at midnight and the reset turns at 3 am but thinking that its possible to do a 3rd hand in is impossible since the event ends on Monday at 10 even if the vendor stayed 24 hours after it still would not be long enough also saving them in the mailbox doesn't help its a 29 day hold time by the next time the event comes around the mail days have run out and your stockpile would have been removed but this can be used for any event that fires up on a Wednesday before 3 am server time like Darkmoon faire Double token hand ins sine mid way threw the week the Wednesday reset lands

It was considered as an exploit because obviously that thing wasn't intended. You were not supposed to drop more than 1 item quest in a week and more important not being able to validate it in that same periode. Also win 500 points is like saving 13 TW run which was really important principally if you did that with a lot of characters.

Too bad i didn't have time to try it before the fix.

Thought I'd update this and say that it still works if you:
Never loot the end boss (the boss which drops the badge item).
As long as the last boss ain't looted it will keep sending quest item to your mailbox, and as long as you don't loot your mailbox until you have however many you want stacked.

yep its works but says that this quest was complete before, maybe it works for one quest for week =

You have to turn in the first time before 3am on wednesday (on eu), then keep another quest item and turn it in afterwards.
This way you get 1k badges.

I've tried too and it seems to really doesn't works anymore. I did that after the event, when the NPC was still here and i've got the message that the quest was already completed before.
I've tried just now, the NPC isn't here anymore and when i click on the item it still tell me that i've already completed the quest.

The trick to store a ton of quest items in your mailbox was proven to never be useful, but you can still turn in the item twice per event if you do as I explained in the original post(edited how to do it after 'semi' fix). Just don't loot the endboss in the first 2 instances so that you get 2 items in your mailbox, then make sure you take one out of your mail before 03:00 Tuesday night and turn it in, then take the 2nd one out of your mailbox and turn that one in after 03:00. Also this only seems to work on EU realms since the US got a different day that the timewalk events arrive (IIRC).

It's not fixed? I did it last event so how could you possibly know if it is fixed? If you read my last post you would know that you yourself did not test it. You can still get 2 badges turned in by doing what I posted.

Yeah it's not fixed, I turned in twice.

Kill last boss in a timewalking dungeon between midnight and 3AM on wednesday(EU)
Don't loot the badge
Do another timewalking dungeon, this time you can loot the badge
Accept quest and turn in before 3AM.
Get the one from your mail, turn in after 3AM
