Rexxar Questline 4k exp PER MOB

It might be fixed with this maintenance but yesterday it's still been working.
(EDIT: This is in Gorgron Zone of course)
If you are on the Rexxar questline and you are at the part where you have to return an artifact/relic Magmaron relic or something I believe it was called, you fight alongside Rexxar against Gronnlings and Gronns and then some Orc to collect the Questitem. The Gronnlings give you nearly 4000 experience every kill. So you can reset the quest/event and kill them over and over and over. Killing 3 of them gives you as much experience as a quest.

The quest is this Chains of Iron - Quest - World of Warcraft btw.
This might be fixed since after retaking the quest Rexxar just stand over the artifact and all the mobs are dead. Also the quest stays at the first phase so you can't complete it.

I would think that this is more of lagging on realm then a "fix". Fixing usually doesn't include pausing an NPC lol.

I can check EU but I don't know how to start the quest chain. So how to start this? I think I have done almost all quests.
