How to Get Blood Knight Tabard on ally (even without a Horde Paladin!)

I just did the quest and got the tabard on my alliance pally. I relogged onto another toon to do some stuff then came back and the tabard is still there as blood knight. This is US Terenas 10:25 EST

Id rather not post my character names to the forum. I mean, its not like you have to farm something for hours to do this, it literally takes like 10 minutes to do which include all the flying as well. Just try it for yourself. And yes, i logged off and on a few times and my paladin still has the tabard on.

Happened to me too, logged out yesterday and everything seemed to be ok, logged in today and in character selection screen there was my toon wearing a guild tabard.. Huge disappointment but after i logged to that character, Blood Knight tabard was on me. Tested couple times and now character selection screen shows BK tabard every time i log in. So confirmed to still working

confirmed - i made quest and logged out for 5-6 hours, now i am online and tabard is still on me.

As you can see, i linked how i got this tabard but,if you relog, you lose it, so this is useless

hmm intresting so been offline for 9 hours on character screen i had the guild tabard on
but when i login i got the blood tabard back on

Worked for me! When you log out, make sure you have the tabard equiped, if you don't it'll likely be removed from your inventory.

Shows as a guild tabard on the character screen, instead of a Blood Knight Tabard.

got it to work for one of my two paladings, for several lockouts. then we did the world bosses, realm crashed, 90% loading screen stuck and when the character not found thing pops up and it goes back to char screen the tabard transformed into a guild one.

Pretty obvious, but yeah, of course it's paladin only, it's a paladin only quest.
