Already got TLPD, but went to try the method and saw Vyragosa. Works just fine.
Reason why people might not have had luck with it is that it only covers 2 points, which obviously decreases your chances drastically when TLPD is already rare.

Another method, the way I used to get mine, is to take the flight path from dalaran to ulduar. While on the flight path you see all the phased mobs

Pro tips. While on the elevator, use a far sight or eagle eye or an item that does the same (scrying roguestone), and you can literally scout the entirety of storm peaks while only loading the mobs from your elevator phase. That will save you a lot of noodle carts.

Also, to scout out potentially two servers at once while on one character, first check storm peaks by flying from dalaran to the elevators (then far sight around). Then while still on the elevators, log out and log in, and you'll be placed onto your home realm's server. For me, that was a different server than dalaran's and I was able to check two non crz'd servers!

Doing this you will only need to use a cart for killing and looting, and using a cart can be avoided if you have an aoe like mage arcane explosion or hellfire, or something like it (more laborious and time consuming so if you want to get it over with just use the cart).

Something I noticed is that the TLPD flies pretty damn fast. Maybe twice as fast as vyragosa.

So I've not used any CRZ (I dont even know what it stands for)...but let me get this right;

1) You use an IP blocker to disable zoning so you can't see any mobs.
2) You then go into the zone, and stand on the that elevator, allowing you to see mobs
3) If you move, all mobs disappear
4) When you see TLPD, you have to move...it disappears.
OR
4) When you see TLPD, it's flown out of range from you...so you need to disable it, move, and pray it's still there when you set up a noodle cart?

Doesn't make any sense to me atm. Can someone explain?

Heya BlackBook, when u see it, u fight to it, like any other CRZ method and AOE where it should be. At lvl 90 u can simply one shot him. So u can go to the ground, pop a noodle cart and u can again see him. Move next to his corp, pop another noodle cart and from inside it, loot the corp. DONE
