Got myself a TLPD today and this guide helped out a ton for positioning! Luckily, I only had to clear Vyra once in 4 different instances of Storm Peaks before a TLPD spawned.

Do you need cooking to use a cart?
Could anyone explain me how the noodlecart exploit works...?
Maybe you could elaborate a bit more what part of the exploit you don't understand - although I think the guides are pretty well-written and there insn't much more to add Or you just want to know why it works with the noodle-cart? It's just a sort of unique phasing (similar to Darkmoon tigers but those tend to disappear).

Bumped the thread for the edit.
how do you create a new, separate instance? and can you create unlimited instances?
with this method I'm able to kill Either Vyragosa og TLPD in 2 different instances. but I can't seem to get it to work from Crystalsong Forest. I keep DC'ing. however, i like the guide. it helped me a lot . it's totally clear where to stand to be able to hit them and kill them and so on.
nice work
yes I'm pretty sure, I must be doing something wrong however, works just fine from Zul'drak and Icecrown.
1 more thing, do you know how often these 2 rares respawn? once 24 hours or so? I tried to search abit for it but there's no clear answer to be found anywhere tbh.
thanks in advance
I am very sorry if this question is unreasonable, but I'm not 100 % sure about how the Noodle Cart and CRZ works. I read the other thread about it, and it says you need Peerblock to lag the connection. Is Peerblock (or similar tools) needed in order for this to work?
Again, sorry if this question is out of place.
No, you don't need Peerblock. The only two tools you'll need are:
a) Windows Command Prompt to get the ip of your zone(s)
b) Windows Firewall to block the ip's.
The reason you need the noodle cart is that when you are blocking a zone (except Deepholm), you won't be seeing any mobs in it. The only way to see the mobs and the rares aswell, is to use a noodle cart. It will phase you into the "realm" where you can see everything. Now you just have to be quick and as soon as you exit the noodle cart, it will lag 1-2 second and you can spam instant spells on mobs (including rares) during that time. After that, if the rare is still alive, you'll stay in the combat (although you won't be seeing any mobs anymore since you exited the noodle cart) and you have to aoe until you drop the combat. Then you use the noodle cart again, check where the mob (rare) died and spam a loot button as you are exiting the cart.
