Disable PvP on Isle of Thunder on PvP Servers!

When you enter one of the safe bubbles where the daily quest givers are, flag and unflag yourself for pvp (ie /pvp x2). As long as you stay in the same sub-zone, the game doesn't recheck your pvp state.

From alliance perspective, the troll area is simple, just at the quest givers.
For the saurok area, go to one of the scouts and flag/unflag there.
I need to double check the Court of Bones, but I believe those quest givers are in a different subzone.

Earlier, I was dancing with the ganking raids that were camping the troll area and they all targeted me, but couldn't (or somehow didn't) attack. Even when standing next to a warrior hitting 1 mob with cleave, they couldn't hit me.
