To clarify he means that while someone is in the arena you can channel Mind Sear on them which will unintentionally deal damage to the mob.

I can't get this to work in the Alliance brawler's guild. Is it Horde only? Or did they fix it?

UPDATE: Use levitate to get 0 damage on laser boss.
