Challenge Mode Gear and Extra Mount for Alts!

Disclaimer: You need to have completed Silver or Gold Challenge Modes for your alt to get the gear or extra mount.
1. Queue for a random battleground on the alt you want for the gear/mount. Any level works (including level 10+) but I believe you must be level 90 in order to transmog the gear.
2. When queue pops, accept like normal but while you load in the blue bar alt-top to desktop and spam click close window for WoW
3. Log back in, you should have the mount in the mailbox along with gear in inventory or in chest.
This worked for multiple people today, people were able to get many alts with the gold challenge run class specific gear. Again, only works if you have a character that has already completed gold/silver challenge modes.

Confirmed to work on the EU. Completed all gold challenge modes about 2 months ago on my DK, queued for a Random BG on my Priest (EotS popped) and Alt-F4ed as soon as the loading screen started. Took me 3 logins to actually get ingame, but after I did I found the box containing the Challenge Mode gear in my bags and the Phoenix egg in the mailbox.
