    Hunter MM Aimed Shot bug.

    I found this out when I was out grinding.

    I have a MM hunter, and I use the Master Marksman talent which makes Aimed Shot instant when you have 5 stacks of some debuff, which you get when you do steady shot.

    For Aimed shot I use this macro, because I always pull with aimed:

    #showtooltip Aimed Shot
    /cast Aimed Shot
    /petattack


    If you use this macro, and get the instant Aimed Shot buff, it wont be instant but you can cast it while running.

    Did numerous tries and it always works.

    It may not be usefull, but maybe someone can find something to use it for.

    Does the cast bar actually come up on the screen or does it just fire? I'll try this when I get home if it works I'll let ya know.

    The cast bar comes up, and it says "Aimed Shot!" with an ! in the end.

    It works...but it's kind of useless. It uses up the buff anyway so it just adds a casting time to your instant aimed shot.

    Gotta agree with zabuu on this one. What good it is to be able to run and cast it, if it would otherwise just be instant? slower attacks? good (J/K)

    Works great, but as long as it consumes the buff it's totally useless.

    it might be usefull on some fights with prolonged moving phases so you dont have to spam arcane shot to dump focus but other than that its pretty much useless but nonetheless good find

    I thought you were going to post the bug where if you start an AiS cast when you get the Master Marksman buff you get a free AiS.

    Useless...

    Use a click macro with Aimed Shot would make it so you can cast the instant while jumping/moving. Currently it still needs you to stand still.

    So one working macro is something like:

    #showtooltip Aimed Shot
    /click DominosActionButton6

    You have to use /framestack and hover over the default Aimed Shot button you put it on (different from where you put this macro on your bar), to see what's the NAME of the button you've put it on.

    Like this, it simulates a physical click, and you can just jump and and move and cast it, instead of having to stop and press to even use the instant.
