It's not working for me either on Khaz Modan. I tried using the World Enlarger first, then the Baby Spice. No luck. I tried using Baby Spice first, then the World Enlarger, but still nothing. Do you know if it has to be your own Baby Spice, or if someone else can Baby Spice you? I tried it both times with a friend Baby Spicing me.
