On topic: its simple really.

If you think 10% stats is not worth the time - then you are dumb
If you think this is working as intended - you are dumb

Stacking kings requires a gimmick to work. Might/shout just works on its own.

You get alot of talents giving you IE. another 5% extra damage with swords.

Here you increase your stats by another 8-10% which is a NICE find!

Correct. You can have both buffs active in Northrend actually, but once you load into a different instance/continent, the buff that is not specific to your spec (example: prot warrior = kings, arms/fury warrior = might) will disappear.

Just an update: Greater Blessing of Might with 2/2 talent does not stack with the NPC version of the might. 5/5 Commanding presence battle shout will. Also NPC Kings + Greater blessing of Sanctuary DO stack, so it's 10% + 10% (1.1 x 1.1) = 21%! Awesome for tanks.
