If you die from the green slime pools on the floor you won't get any durability loss. That's all.

This has been in the game for many years, it was also the same for Archimonde's doomfire.
Fail responses to this whole thread, so heres another one.
This could save me a few gold pieces. +4

the mechanics of this exploit are a repost
if you searched for "durability" im sure you would find more than a few threads explaining how you stand in x aoe and you dont take dura loss
Still a nice reminder for some people.
Altho most bosses' Aoe usualy means you won't take dura
Off topic sorry
Such stupid replies that make the op sound like a bad guy, just because "the mechanics" are old, doesn't make the way we use "the mechanics" old. And guess what? there are bosses older than Archimonde that you can avoid durability loss on, yet you quote Archimonde as if avoiding durability loss on him is legitimate but on Putricide it isn't.
tl:dr
stfu you are adding nothing to the discussion of this obvious exploit
Obligatory "stand in aoe and don't take durability". But yes, confirm that this works.
