Basically, you walk backwards, holding 'S'.
While doing this, you alternate between holding 'A' and 'D' to turn left and right.
This makes mobs follow you, but they are incapable of attacking you.
This is amazing in itself, because you can line it up so that you can make swings at the mob, without it attacking you. It's great for kiting things back to city guards.
Great for hunters aswell.
Tired of kiting mobs around, only to aggro like 5 more on accident?
Using this method, you can stay in a tiny area, still achieving the same efficiency.

This does work with melee, you just have to be good at doing it.
As shown in the first video, where you see a Paladin* doing it.
