lvl 19 twink shoulders!

Ok, basicly with inscription out now, you can make these
Strange Tarot - Item - World of Warcraft make a few of them, you need the 4, put them together and it makes a deck

You get the swords deck Swords Deck - Quest - World of Warcraft
And its a lvl 20 quest called "Swords deck"
I mailed it to my lvl 10 bank alt.. right clicked it.. did the quest and it gave me the rewards!

Got some shoulders with +6 agility +6str





In a nutshell -
1.) lvl inscription to like 100 or something
2.) Make lvl 20 quest item
3.) send to lvl 19 twink, click item to complete quest
4.) twink shoulders


Found this out on my own while power lveling inscripting.
Had the lvl 20 quest item and just mailed it to bank alt.. (lvl 10) To my suprise it let me do the quest

On Wowhead it says you need to be level 30 to wear the shoulders...
