You have to go to the FlyingMaster in the AllianceOutpost in the Area where to get to the Outlands. There you Jump (With a 100% Mount) on the wall and make a bit Walljumping up there. Can take a while :P Then you only have to go south.

cool! This would be pretty funny on new servers if you leveled fast, because then everyone will see you on their way to outlands! but if you tried this on some older servers, chances of seeing anyone is unlikely.
