[Exploit] Skip the Gauntlet event before Akil'zon!

How to skip the Gauntlet event before Akil'zon!
Ok, first things first. You should not need this if you can handle the Gauntlet event. This is for beginners at Zul'aman only.
You will need
Paladin
2 tanks


Please follow the pictures and instructions corresponding to the picture


At this point I want you and your raid to all mount! You should be just before the Amani Lookout.


Now I want you to run straight past the Amani lookout and follow the red line. Tank should go first. Do not stop moving!


Now go round the hut. Do NOT stop moving!


Follow the ledge. BE CAREFUL! You can easily fall of this ledge.


Here your whole raid must die! Apart from a paladin who will now bubble at this point. Once your whole raid is dead (apart from paladin) and the mobs have reset. Start ressing the raid


Now if you go between two huts you should see The Amani Tempest. (Be careful not to aggro anyone!). Now get your offtank to tank the two mobs next to the stairs and get your main tank to tank the Tempest.


Once you have killed the tempest the birds will stop comming! You have completed the Gauntlet event!
WARNING: Kill all the trash mobs leading down to the amani lookout once the tempest is dead! Otherwise they will attack you while your fighting Akil'zon!

I just like the imp pulling the tempest down to the pillar and waterfall, but i actually just did this one in a ZA group. Unfortunately the raid leader - main tank, was a complete moron. Anyways +rep

or also when your going up the gauntlet you can go to the left of the tempest and then die there, if i had a Screen shot on me i would show it, i didnt think about that spot but mine has worked... just remember to soulstone a resser or have a shaman self rez. then you can take the tempest and all other mobs down two at a time excpet for the tempest, you are able to take him in a single pull.

This seems like an interesting way to skip the event, but all of my raids seem to have better luck just having the pally tanks run the end. They tank all of the adds while we burn the tempest.

If you actually bother to read what the original poster wrote, you still have to back track and kill all the trash mobs, you just don't get eagle spawns or moving patrol from the bottom.

This is actually slower then just completing the gauntlet. It really won't help you get a bear.

If you read the top I strictly said this is for guilds who have trouble killing the trash mobs while killing the birds. This is for beginners to Zul'aman so no you probably wont get the bear but it will save you a few wipes

Be better off using the Hunter's pet or the Lock's imp, Especially for the timed event.
