Instant De PVP flag- Blazier of Dancing Flames

I didn't get a chance to read your original post but something like what the title implies happened to me at least once or twice today. Example, I was in winterspring getting the 2 flames there and of course the alliance flame flags you when you desecrate it.

Then I saw a level 55 flagged gnome, naturally I killed her. Then I hopped on a flight path to the next town.

But I noticed less than 2 minutes after killing the gnome while on my FP that I was no longer flagged.

So again, I think there is something to this. Not sure what. Anyone else had similar experiences?

No as soon as you mount a taxi u'll deflag no matter what. this is to prevent other glitches and bugs . was implented months ago

No, getting a Taxi automatically removes your PvP flag.

Getting on any taxi will deflag you if you have the option off (IE didn't click Enable or type /pvp)

As for this, I had grabbed the Darn flame and ran off since alliance were all about. I swam back seeing alliance didn't follow and decided to watch them toss the torches around. I dropped the blazier and a paladin ran up to me. /danced with it. They turned into the flame dancer and so I joined. Doing so, I dropped my flag instantly (this was within probably a minute)

I tried it again and it worked for me, but my friends have been unable to recreate this. So I believe it was probably a bug on my end. Since I can't do it since I had logged from last night.

Yep, it will insta deflag you. Thats why i like to take a taxi real quick if im getting summoned.
