This really isn't much and most people probably already know it, but there might be a few that don't.
When you are sprinting and the 15 seconds is almost up, if you jump you can get a little more length at sprint speed even though you dont have the buff anymore. This can gain you quite a bit of distance through this technique if you time it so you are just jumping off a hill.
