All you have to do is use your lockpicking skill on your hearthstone over and over, you gain skill about 75% of the time. Other random items work as well.

Confirmed fake in WSG on a level 50 rogue, Lockpicking is not capped and it says 'invalid target' on Us live servers as of 23:58 est.

what i did back when this glitch was first around was switch between 3 or 4 items in a rotation dont use the same one over and over otherwise it wont work. Hope this helps

I tried this in all the BG's, and so far, it doesn't work. I even tried it on "random items" such as carcasses, bones, and gray drops from random mobs.

Yeah, I remember when this exploit worked. It worked for awhile, then became detectable, some people got banned, then it was fixed.

I remember this, I unlocked everything in my bags then kept going through them for ages. got max in about 2 hours.
