    2 Pieces of S3 for the price of one!

    After a hell of a long time of leeching TEH FORAMZ, I finally figured out an exploit which hasn't been spammed, reposted, reworded and reposted >.>, nor a 1-time-lucky-coincidence.

    Firstly, earn a couple of arena points - that is - earn 1.8k points for say, the s3 helm.
    Then go to the gear vendor and purchase the helm.
    Post a GM ticket immediately afterwards, saying that you want REFUND (not an exchange) of arena points for the item you bought by "mistake".
    The GM will request that you delete the item (go ahead and delete it), and will proceed to give you your arena points back (which requires a logout, yadda yadda).
    When you log back in, post ANOTHER GM ticket, saying that you accidently deleted the item you just got the points for. Don't mention the fact that you got a refund of course, just say you accidently deleted it instead of the [Generic Item of teh SUCKZOR].
    The GM will search your loot logs or whatever they call it these days, and voilá, you get it back either in the mail or traded to you.
    THUS LEAVING YOU WITH 1.8K POINTS AND A FREE S3 EPIC.

    I've done this twice now. Keep in mind it helps to write out the object's exact name, so for example write "Vengeful Gladiator's Felweave Handguards" instead of "my s3 gloves, lol".

    TL;DR version:
    1. Collect 1.8k arena points
    2. Buy S3.
    3. GM ticket to refund S3 item.
    4. Get arena points back.
    5. Log in again, post another GM ticket about item that was "DELETED"
    6. Get S3 item back.
    7. Profit!

    It has worked twice now, so not like it's a one time thing. Also make sure you have lots of item restores remaining.

    AFAIK There aren't others like this. I did a couple searches including s3, epics, GM ticket, refund arena points etc... no results that are the same as mine.

    It happened, i posted the ticket too early and got the same GM the first time. Just log off saying you have to go, and post another ticket later.

    All GMs can see your past tickets. You run a great risk of meeting a fat ban stick for scamming a GM doing this. If I were you I would improve upon this "scam" by putting another ticket between the point restore and item restore, something stupid like report someone for spamming or the like of that.

    Overall I'll rep you for some originality.

    What you mean is;

    5. Log in again, post another GM ticket about item that was "DELETED"
    6. Get S3 item back.
    7. ????
    8. Profit!

    I'm in a car underwater with time to kill,
    looking back I forgot to tell you this;
    I didn't care that you left and abandoned me,
    what hurts more,
    is that I would still die for you.

    Why is it that the first post to every new thread is "zomg repost?" Seriously, unless it's blatant who cares.

    This trick is amazing btw...worked for me. =)

    Got temporary banned for doing this
    Was on a scammed account though, so no harm done.
    Would not reccomend people doing this.

    This might work if the GM has downs but they even implemented a confirmation screen before actually purchasing items now. So I guess you were lucky and got a retarded GM.
