Prevent People from Fishing (Really Fun)

When you buff somone who fishes, you can interupt them by simply buffing them with a spell. I tested this a while ago with a MotW buff. I did it to a fishing bot for 15 min, lol. But it SHOULD work with every buff. Have fun pissing people off!

Do it during fishing tourney, get a friend to buff everyone so you get all fish
