I haven't used it in a long time, and back then my friend was able to make himself nameless by changing the value of HEXs in his name.

I plan on making my own filters and such. I don't know if it is detectable, bt I'll figure out a way around it, don't know if it works however, but I will have to get it once I get on my main computer.

hahahaha pwned!!! xD... and for the main question is YES, it works... but! you have to find the correct direction (I wasnt able to find anything u.u)... some people do this to use spells, stunt bosses, change stats,etc.
Give it a try and maybe you find something that you can share with us :P.

As for spells, I think it is impossible, but this spell interests me Insanity - Spell - World of Warcraft

nice, to be able to kill anyone no matter if is a friend or enemy right?
And yep , I think is not to easy to do this.... because in my server the pj just stay casting but nothing else :C. But Im not to good using this app and have no idea about what I was doing XD

Yeah, it either this or the debuff the Lich King gives, like a life draining debuff lol that spreads like wildfire.
Right now I'm setting up a dummy account to see whether it is detectable or not. It's funny how the sentinel and warden are made, it does kick just anyone out, it probably goes through a list of checks before it even notices someone. For example, someone just Hack1 and someone else Hack2. Sentinel checks for anyone with Hack1=ban, after a few minutes to an hour, it then checks for Hack2 and so on.
TBH, that's kind of weak if it is set up this way, anyway, I'll mess around with WPE.

Yup, but in some other (not to known) servers, there is no warden working xD. I also will mess around with wpe to see if I can discover something :P

For me I have something else in mind, making the player learn some spells or skills that are only available to bosses and so forth. Linke a .learn spell ID#, however doing this through wpe, I am look into it more because I have something in mind I wanna do xD.

There were ways in the past, but fixed.
You could change id of mining to make you learn a spell, also there was a way where you would Mind Control a mob, and change his spell into spell you want to learn, you would learn ability.
All fixed sadly.

That goes for all those spells? what I had in mind was spells like this Uber Stealth - Spell - World of Warcraft and a couple of boss spells such as Saurfang's Revenge - Spell - World of Warcraft, Big Bang - Spell - World of Warcraft, or Phase Punch - Spell - World of Warcraft
Was thinking about making one of my characters like a boss for a player(s) to fight, something like out of the blue because at times repeating the same thing over and over again on end game Wow Cata isn't so fun.

But I'll try the mining thing and or change it to fishing or other professions to learn a skill/spell.

I have used some of the spells that you mentioned.
Uber Stealth, is like the stealth but for any pj and for the rogue you can be in stealth with this but can use the normal attacks. And you lose the stealth if you attack somebody.
to learn a new spell i think will be to difficult because most of the servers check at the server side if the user is able to cast that spell.
Also about the spell insanity I think, it just disappear all the other players, mobs, npcs, etc. not useful I think :/
