If your on Map 1 (Kalimdor) you can telelort to GM island

[GM Island]
Loc:=Special Places
Faction:=Neutral
MapID:=1
xPos:=16222.59961
yPos:=16265.90039
zPos:=13.20850

if its not in your list just use the coords from Map 1 and you can teleport there.
