[Guide] set up your server with Spartansp Repack V3 (public)

Spartan, Your upload rate must be terrible. To upload that 15MB should of only taken 5~10 minutes.

Hey, sorry to break some bad news. But i tried to make the server public so me and my mate could play. Dident work. I tried everything in my power, so please help me man.
