Helstedxd.php is only the help file...
you have to put:

<? include('include/head.php'); ?>

on top of every page you have lige signup.php and:

Code:

<? include('include/foot.php'); ?>

on the buttom for the style to look nice.
but if you want to edit the theme its in one of the two files...
