ok i found tisone out today, some basic steps to get way more +healing as an druid

First unspec, then equipt all the +agil items you can.
now spec feral and be sure to spec for Nurturing instincts,
now respec and spec into your healing spec, put on ur +healing items and the +healing from the agil set stays on you

this went away for me when i reloged, but sweet if u need that extr +healing for an pvp event
