They're just simple websites with everything you need for a server website. Includes a forum as well.

it was just a joke maybe you just have bad luck... when i share something and i clearly mention: DO NOT GIVE ME REP FOR THIS!!! cuz it is not my work!
some people still give xD you'll get rep for things, just be patient ^^
