I've finished the planned revisions for the ticket window for the Ascent GMAddon. This is the final change log for the Ticket window. If you have any request of other things you'd like to see in the ticket area please post here your request. If there are none I'll leave it as is until it needs updating to keep up with the latest Ascent Cores.
Code:
Changelog 11/24/2007
*Added two new functions to the ticket window: Greetings and Goodbye
-Greetings will automatically send the following message to the player upon clicking: "Greetings. I am Game Master %n . I will be handling your ticket today. Do you have a moment to discuss your issue?"
-Goodbye will automatically send the following message to the player upon clicking:"Thankyou for taking the time to submit a ticket. If you have any further issues or questions please submit another ticket. Your ticket is now closed and will no longer be able to converse with GameMaster %n . Have a great day."
**Note** The Greetings/Goodbye functions WILL NOT allow/block whispers. I added these to give gm's a quick, professional, and friendly way to open/close ticket based conversations with them.
*Figured out the resizing problem with the ticket from. Damn you evil little dialog box.
*Fixed a bug with the Revive function in the ticket form that would some times return an error when used.

I hope everyone is happy with these changes I've made and even more hopeful that you all find them as helpful as I do. As I stated in my previous post, this is not my original work. I do not take credit for the hard work and time they have put into this wonderful mod. I will take credit for these revisions though as I see them as being long over due. Finally, I see this particular revision of the Ticket area as a complete success and hope to bring more changes to help the community in the near future with other needed revisions of this mod. Cheers
