It's related to your database, perhaps your character tables are corrupt?

That happened for me befor so i must go to the DB and delete.. It sucks >_<''

Maybe individual rows are getting corrupt upon creation. Can you delete after you make a character, and is it all toons you can't delete or just some.

That happend to me, means that, that character is Corrupted
and it wont alow you to Delete it
just delete it in Database or make it level 1 with no xp
and start spot X, Y,Z postion
and then go back and delete

its OS privliages that generate this, rare, but it happens on machines running 2003, vista, and some networked systems
