Help with NPC Teleporters

Hi, I've used [this] guide, and have been using it the past few weeks as a reference, it's a really good guide.

I was wondering if there is a guild that shows you how to make an NPC teleporter. Were you right-click on the NPC, and it'll make a list of areas, you click on the link (lets say Stormwind) and you get ported to stormwind.

I know how to make the portals (as shown in the guide) I just wanna know how to put them in like... a list in an NPC when you chat with him.

If you use a repack, forget it.
This needs heavy core changes, and its horrible hard to do it...

hmmm if u happen to use the ultimate ac web repack, jargs has a custom teleporter npc in there for u to use, lasttime i checked it has ports to most of the main cities and key instances. its been helpful for me to learn on so far.
