Problems With ''Adding'' Items

I Have Problems With The Adding Sql's

I Made my Weapons and Armor and So on At wow-v And Some From MMowned and It Says This EveryTime at All my 100 Items

I Chanced the Number But its still taken and i taked like a weird one o.0

i maked 90% of them

They Worked on a Other server of my Friend so :S I dont know whats rong We both got ascent But maby he chanced somthing

Make sure the number is 5 digits, When I tried adding a item with 6 before I got a message like that, same happened when I accidently left out a digit and had 4

Ok... This is What happend I added the items still saying

I go In game .additem <The ID> and the item whas added o.0 So I added all the items and they work perfectly But I always got
