[Release] Ultima's VERY basic Repack

This is my first Repack That I have done, it was compiled from Revision 4628-Trunk.

It has a GlobalNPC compiled into it as well, credit goes to Gastric for the GlobalNPC code.

This Repack does not come with any Database, The database I currently am using with this repack is ABD.
I just put this together for people that do not need a new DB and want to continue to use their current ones.
It also comes with the current 2.4.2 DBC and a AutoUp.exe and .ini for auto-restarts. Credit does not go to me for the AutoUp, I cant remember where i got it.
